We make a significant investment into the development of our employees. It is important that everyone is given the knowledge and skills to enable them to undertake their job. In order to achieve this we work with leading training providers to make available to all employees a comprehensive training programme.

All new employees are provided with a customised mandatory training package culminating in the opportunity to undertake an NVQ in Care at level 2, 3 or 4 depending upon their work role.

We see learning as an on-going process therefore in addition to their mandatory training package new employees will also benefit from a structured induction within their workplace and the opportunity to attend other specialist training.
