We make a significant investment into the development of our employees. It is important that everyone is given the knowledge and skills to enable them to undertake their job effectively. In order to achieve this, we work with leading training providers to make a comprehensive training programme available to all employees.

All new employees are provided with a customised mandatory training package culminating in the opportunity to undertake a QCF in Care at level 2, 3 or 5 depending upon their work role.

We see learning as an on-going process therefore in addition to their mandatory training package new employees will also benefit from a structured induction within their workplace and the opportunity to attend other specialist training.
